Very Eventful Week

This past week has flown by and we have been very busy. On Friday Malaya had kindergarten roundup. They had to be to the school at 9 and then they were there until 2. They also ate lunch there. Then the parents had a meeting at 1. The principal started out by saying this will be the graduating class of 2025. Really scary to think we only have 13 more years with her!!!  Anyway, he also said this will be one of the largest classes they have had in awhile. I believe as of now there will be 40 students. Malaya had a super fun day and keeps asking how many days until she can go to real kindergarten!!!

We got home from kindergarten roundup and the girls wanted a snack. They wanted an apple so I gave it to them to eat and they went outside. All of a sudden Michelle comes running in and says Malaya lost her tooth!!!  She comes in and her tooth is gone. We look everywhere for it and it's no where to be found. I told Malaya she must have eaten it and she said no I didn't. Finally Michelle finds her tooth in the apple she was eating.

Gary & I had to go to Ogallala Friday night and I took Michelle back to her house. While there, Michelle wants Malaya to play at her house so in the end both girls stay there & play while we go to Ogallala. We had just gottent o Ogallala when Pam calls and says Malaya fell off the monkey bars head first and her mouth is bleeding and she knocked out another tooth. Well, it ended up being the tooth next to the one she already lost, which was loose anyway. Both of her new teeth are actually already coming up. So, what a day she had. She ended up getting $2 from the tooth fairy for both teeth.

On Sunday a family from church asked us to go fishing in the afternoon. So, we took them up on it. We went to a pond thats about 20 miles from our house. It's just a catch & release and boy did the kids catch. Malaya got 2 fish and Miranda 1. But, the other kids with us caught a bunch as well. It was a very fun day!!
