We have had a busy couple of weeks. On the Feb 2, Twila came to spend the night with us and then took the girls to Wall for the night. On Wednesday, Feb 3, John & Twila took the girls to the stock show. Malaya loves going and seeing all the animals. Then Twila stayed with us through Monday. We had a busy weekend of packing, superbowl party, and picking out paint and carpet for the girls' rooms in our new house.
This week has been about the same. We packed some and had our church class. We are counting the days until we get to move. Right now that seems to be our focus and then once we are moved and have this house all cleaned up, then it will be the focus to get our house sold...fast!! Yesterday my parents came down so I could look over my dad's taxes. Then they took Malaya to Kohl's for her to pick out hers and Miranda's Valentine's gift. Malaya kept complaining that her ear was hurting and then she just cried and cried. So, away we went to the dr. and another ear infection. Although it's been 4 months since her last one so that's good.
Friday night Gary came home from work with a surprise for me - purple tulips! I was so surprised and just love them. Then today I also got a nice card and a pair of lounge pants/shirt. I was so happy because normally he doesn't surprise me.
